Air Conditioning

Most modern vehicles are fitted with an Air-Con system. To keep this system running efficiently and remove harmful bacteria that can build up and cause unwanted smells, manufacturers recommend having the system and pollen filter serviced once every two years.

 

Here at Saddlers Garage the new addition to our range of equipment is the Snap-On Conditioning Service Unit. We have both R134A gas and 1234YF gas available, to suit most vehicles. We offer Air Conditioning service packages tailored around your specific requirements- ensuring that your Air Con is running effectively and efficiently all year round.

Our Air-Con service:

  • Remove all the old air-con gas

  • Remove any moisture in the Air-Con system which can decrease performance

  • Perform a vacuum leak test

  • Add PAG oil the lubricate the Air-Con pump

  • Add UV dye so that if there are any leaks in the future they are easily traceable

  • Add new Air-Con gas to the correct level

  • Check performance of the system
